Red Light Therapy: Glow ELITE Membership

Red Light Therapy (RLT) is a non-invasive, therapeutic treatment that uses low-wavelength red light to penetrate deep into the skin. It boots collagen production, reduces inflammation, improves circulation, speeds up healing, and promotes a radiant, youthful glow.

1. Session Use + Rollovers

• Sessions so not roll over to the next month unless otherwise stated in a special promotion
• Membership sessions are non-transferrable

2. Cancellation + Holds

• You may cancel your membership anytime. Cancallations must be submitted in writing via email to heybeauty@lookgoodliveluxe.com
• Membership can be put on hold once per calendar year, for up to two months, with a 7-day advance written notice.

3. Billing

• Memberships are billed monthly on the same date of enrollment. 
• Failed payments will result in a pause on session access until the balance is cleared.

4. Booking + No-Shows

• Appointments must be booked in advance by phone or online.
• No-shows or appoinments canceled with less than 24-hours' notice may result in session forfeiture and rebooking may be required.

5, Refunds

• Membership fees are non-refundable once billed.
• No refunds on unused sessions.

6. Facility Rules

• Please arrive on time; late arrivals may reduce your session duration.
• All clients must complete a brief intake form and follow staff guidance on red light usage.
• Use of red light therapy is at your own risk. Contraindications must be disclosed prior to treatment.

7. Termination

• Abusive behavior or policy violations may result in immediae membership cancellation without refund.
