Staying Pretty with Probiotics!

Staying healthy is probably one of the most overwhelming things to do! Yesterday’s health trend is tomorrow’s health taboo! But one phrase I keep hearing is “gut health.” Have you heard about this? More and more, scientists are tracking symptoms back to the gut, from skin problems, stress, even behavioral disorders such as autism are being linked to gut health.

Probiotics are ANOTHER term I hear about all of the time. When I first started to try and be more health conscious, my general understanding of probiotics was that it helped balance out the good and bad bacteria in your digestive system. I knew probiotics were good bacteria, and that yogurt was a good source of probiotics. That was about it!

When I first started using It Works products, I’ll be honest and say I was concerned with what was on the outside, i.e. my skin. After seeing the delivered promise of those products, I was curious to explore more of the It Works products! I saw that they, too, were talking probiotics! I did a little more research and learned that yogurt wasn’t going to cut it! In a world filled with pathogens in the very air we breath, water we drink, and even the food we eat, our bodies need the ammunition of a good probiotic supplement!

Finding a good probiotic is ANOTHER overwhelming journey, let me tell you! Have you tried to find the right probiotic supplement? Some have “17 billion cells,” others have “6 Probiotic Strains” or even “260 Billion CFU’s per gram.” I don’t know about you beauties, but I don’t have time to pull out a medical dictionary! I just want to be healthy!

I knew I trusted It Works! products and was SO happy to see they offered a probiotics supplement. It’s such a relief having discovered a line I KNOW delivers on their promise. I hope to be that resource to all of my Luxe Lashes beauties. Whenever I find a service or product that works for me, I HAVE to share it with you because I want you looking good and living luxe!
